Foundation Training: Comfortable clothing and a water bottle. We train barefoot. Yoga mats available.

Is there any exclusion criteria to participate in Foundation Training?
It would be beneficial for Ananda to be informed by the participant about the physical challenges or any pain associated with any particular workout.
Are devices used in Foundation Training?
Foundation Training can be done anywhere, anytime, and without any tools. In individual and group lessons we train barefoot in comfortable clothing and ideally we use a yoga mat as a base.
