With ananda - holistic body therapies and trainings you benefit from individual lessons one-one-one and small group lessons.
In order to benefit from the group lessons, it is recommended to take three to five Private lessons in Foundation Training. In a one-on-one lesson, you will learn the basics in Foundation Training for further training in the Group lesson and the use in every day life.
