Is there any exclusion criteria to participate in Foundation Training?

Are devices used in Foundation Training?
Foundation Training can be done anywhere, anytime, and without any tools. In individual and group lessons we train barefoot in comfortable clothing and ideally we use a yoga mat as a base.
