My favourite shoes are my running shoes.
I was fortunate enough to have been educated by patient, caring and motivating coaches. As such, I now want to share what I have learnt over the last few years with people of all ages in the beautiful nature surrounds.
If you want to have fun running, are willing to show discipline and endurance, we can together work on your mental strength, flexibility in your body and a healthy recovery. For me, these are the things that are the most important to learn and exercise.
And above all, fun is the key to healthy and joyful training.
